ORDERING INFO

Will an out of stock item be restocked?

If an item is out of stock in the size you would like, send us an email. We will try our best to get it back in stock!

When will my order be shipped?

Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 24 hours! Any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship out the next business day.

Will I be charged for shipping?

Yes, you will be charged for shipping unless you qualify and use a promo code.

ORDER ISSUES

I received the wrong item.

Send us an email with a description of the item you received. We will get it fixed.

My item was received defective, what do I do?

Opps, sorry we overlooked a defect! Don't worry, send us an email with a description of the issue and we will take care of it right away!

I'm missing an item from my order.

First double check the packaging. If you can't find it, send us an email and we will get it a replacement shipped right out!

I need to cancel an order I just placed.

Once an order is placed, we might be able to cancel it if you send us an email right away! If we are unable to cancel it, we can process a return for you.

RETURNS

How can I return an item I don't want?

We want you to love your new piece! If for some reason you don't vibe with it, please complete a return form within 14 days. Be sure the item is unused and free of stains. If you wore it, we don't want it back.

Can I return earrings or accessories?

We have strict hygiene standards and can't accept them. Sorry!

How long will it take to process my return?

We aim to process all returns within 2-4 days.

When will I see my refund?

We process returns back to the original form of payment within 5 days of us receiving the item(s) back. It may however, take longer for your bank to show the credit was issued. Please send us an email if it takes longer than 15 days and we will be happy to follow up.
